Do you send DMCA notices to every pirate site?
Yes, that’s the core idea of takedowns. However, DMCA is a US law and most pirate sites operate from outside of US jurisdiction. They host their websites on DMCA-ignored webhosts. Most of these sites and webhosting companies will not respond to such DMCA notices. Some websites don’t even have any contact information and hide their identities behind Cloudflare. In such cases, we send the notices to Cloudflare, who then forwards the notices to the owners of the pirate sites.
We don’t wait for pirate sites to respond to DMCA notices. We file copyright infringement complaints with major search engines and ask them to remove the pirated content from search index. This stops unauthorized distribution of your work and readers cannot find free copies of your work online.
No, we can’t. Those pirate sites are controlled and operated by criminals from servers in different countries. We don’t know their locations and we don’t have access to their servers. So, deleting those pirate sites is not possible for anyone except for their respective owners. If any anti-piracy service is promising such deletion, they are simply lying.
There is nothing one can about it. That’s the sad truth of piracy. People with direct access to the pirate sites will continue to access your work. However, by removing the URLs from search, the reach of these pirate sites is curtailed, thereby minimizing your financial losses.
Time to remove URLs of pirated copies of you work depends entirely on their individual search engines. Google, for instance, starts the removal process within 6 hours of receiving the complaints. Bing can take up to 2 week in certain cases. Search engines play by their rules and we cannot dictate their operating procedures. Rest assured that the search engines will remove the pirated content from their search results.

Yes, we have a refund policy. If we fail to send at least 10 takedown notices or 10 copyright infringement complaints to search engines within 30 days, we will issue a full refund.

Yes, there is a cancellation policy. You may change your mind after paying and do not want to avail our takedown services. You can ask for a cancellation within 24 hours of making a payment. However, since our team starts working immediately after you place an order with us, we will retain 40% of the payment you made and refund the remaining 60% within 7 working days.
Yes, we do! When you place an order for two products, we offer a 16.67% discount. If you want to place an order for more than 2 products, we will offer a custom pricing plan.

Over the years we have noticed that some pirate websites grab “YET TO BE RELEASED” books/works and publish them online. Some pirate sites grab and publish books/works that are released on the same day they are published. These illegal practices cause immense financial losses. We can track those websites and submit takedown and removal requests same day on a priority basis. However, since we need to divert all our resources for Zero Day removals, we charge higher. Remember! Zero Day pricing covers only one product and does not include refund and cancellation policies.
